Eight years and two hundred and ninety-two days in a row have passed
since I quit smoking.
I was able to resume push-ups yesterday from 19 times and I hope to continue
them as long as possible and increase the number of them little by little.
It is sunny and sometimes cloudy in Nagoya today but I still feel it
is a little humid and hot, and actually now I'm using an electric fan.
Today again, I encoutered a few crazy drivers on my way to the workplace
in the morning who made their cars almost shave my right elbow.
Whenever I enounter such evil people, I am driven to despair of humankind.
