I was able to keep no-smoking for eight years and two hundred and
seventy-two days in a row.
I was also able to keep over 18-time push-ups for the twenty-first
consecutive day inluding the latest five days of 23-time push-ups.

It is greatly sunny in Nagoya and I was able to see the top of Mt. Ontake
with no snow from the bridge on my way to the workplace.
Indeed, it may be getting autumnal little by little.
Thinking about it, I felt the humidity was just a little milder than
yesterday while I was riding my bike in the morning.
But I really have to be careful about heat attack because weather ladies
say tomorrow's highest temperature will be around 36 degrees and on Monday
it might be 37 degrees.
