It has been seven years and sixty-nine days in a row since I broke free from cigarettes.
I was able to keep at least 16-time push-ups for the one year and sixteenth
consecutive day including the most recent ten days of 23 times of them.
I feel the wintry cold is milder again in Nagoya for the second successive day.
Weahter reports say the highest temperature will be ten degrees, down 3 degrees
from yesterday, but actually the sunlight may make me feel the cold milder.
Weather ladies also say the strong cold air mass will come down to Japan.
At the moment, I'm ready for the forthcoming cold in order to survive this winter.
