Five years and forty-seven days in a row have passed since I gave up smoking.
I haven't done push-ups due maily to the winter cold and I hope to resume them
as soon as possible after it gets much warmer than today.

Unbelievably, today's lowest temperature was, according to weather reports,
minus 4.8 degrees in Nagoya, almost minus 5 degrees, which is cold enough
to discourage me to do any physical exercises.
TV news reports say it snowed or sleeted in Okinawa for the first time ever.
Anyway, I have to escape into somewhere to warm myself.
