Five years and thirty-three days in a row have passed since I broke my smoking habit.
I didn't do push-ups or a walking yesterday due maily to the pain
in my anus bleeding a little from the severe conspitation.

It's sunny and sometimes cloudy in Nagoya.
Today again, still I feel the pain there, so I may have to see a doctor
if the bleeding doesn't stop tomorrow.
Sunny weather and peaceful mind must be the most valuable in life,
so I have to decide not to get angry easily.....
I really hope to lead such a life....if possible.＾＾；；；
