I was able to keep no-smoking for five years and thirty eight days in a row.
I think it would be better to stop push-ups today again due to the low back pain.

The pain and the bleeding from my anus has completely stopped, but now I'm afraid
the amount of feces has got smaller than before....I mean, I'm anxious about constipation.
Anyway, I feel mentally tired....I'd like to do something just for a distraction.
