I was able to keep no-smoking for five years and twenty-five days in a row.
I didn't do push-ups yesterday since I felt I needed a break once in a while,
and I hope to resume them today.

I've got a blister from a saddle on the base of my left leg and it hurts very much.
I really hope the blister will disappear as soon as possible because I always
feel a pain while riding a bike, which is really tough.
Anyway, today is the first business day of the year for me and I'll have to get
out of the Oshogatsu holiday mood NOW.
