I was able to keep no-smoking for five years and forty-four days in a row.
I also was able to resume push-ups from ten times for the first time in
one week and hope to continue them as long as possible.

It's beautifully sunny in Nagoya today though I felt the cold wind on my
face on my way to the workplace.
Weather forecasters say the lowest temperature will be minus 5 degrees on
Tuesday's morning, which may be the lowest in many many years in Nagoya.
Anyway they say the three days from tomorrow to Monday will be the coldest
period in this winter season.....I really have to guard against catching a cold.
