I was able to keep no-smoking for five years and thirty-five days in a row.
I also was able to keep 13-time push-ups for the second consecutive day, and
I hope to increase the number by just one time in the very near future.
It's beautifully sunny in Nagoya but actually my feeling is not sunny.
The pain in my anus is still there though it's getting milder and milder.
Last evening at around 6 p.m., when I defecated, I felt it bleeded again.
I bought Makyuron spray and Boraginouru ointment and use them on it.
Now, I feel much better and I really hope this hemorrhoid will heal completely
as soon as possible and I really want a sense of relief.
