I was able to keep no-smoking for five years and twenty-eight days in a row.
I also was able to keep 13-time push-ups for the third straight day.

It is cloudy in Nagoya today and I'm afraid the clouds are blocking sunsine.
But temperatures is over 10 degrees, which means it must be milder than usual,
and the highest temperature of 12 degrees is forecasted.
I must not be careless even though it's still warmer than average year, because
a 30-day period of the coldest weather is just around the corner.
Anyway, let's survive "Shokan" in Japanese, first.
