Push-ups：１３ times
Walking：a total of １０５ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each

jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

Five years and twenty-nine days in a row have passed since I stopped smoking.
I was able to keep 13-time push-ups for the fourth consecutive day,
and I hope to increase the number by only one time in the near future.

It's pretty cloudy in Nagoya today but actually I don't feel very cold
for this time of the year, maybe due to humidilty?
Now, I have to start getting mentally prepared for this weekend's cold
since weather forecasts say it'll be winter-like with the highest
temperatures in single figures.
Honetly, I'm afraid I may have got used to this year's warmer winter
and I might catch a cold unless I brace my nerves.
