Daily Routine

Push-ups：１７ times
Walking: ０ minutes
Standing with one leg　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：２５ minutes

It has been three years and 111 days in a row since I quit smoking.
I have kept over one set of fourteen-time push-ups for the eighty-fifth
successive day including the last thirty three days of one set of seventeen
time push-ups.
It's quite couldy in Nagoya and I guess the full-blown day of cherry blossoms
in Nagoya will be delayed by a few days....maybe next Thursday, I think.
Anyway I'm really looking forward to them.
