Daily Routine

Push-ups：１７ times
Walking: ４１ minutes
Standing with one leg　：１１ minutes each

Three years and eighty-four days in a row have passed since I quit smoking.
I managed to keep one set of seventeen-time push-ups for six days straight,
and also kept over one set of fourteen-time push-ups for the fifty-eighth
consecutive day.
Since it's been spring-like for three days including today, I feel I've got
used to such a weather.
All the more reason that I'll have to prepare for the wintry cold that is
expected to come back on Thursday......maybe you too.
