Daily Routine

Push-ups：１７ times
Walking: ４５ minutes
Standing with one leg　：１０ minutes each

I was able to keep no-smoking for three years and 104 days in a row.
I was also able to keep one set of seventeen-time push-ups for the twenty-sixth
successive day and over one set of fourteen times of them for seventy-eight
days straight.
It's sunny in Nagoya but actually I feel a little cold while riding a bike on
my way to the workplace.
I've noticed that cherry flower buds are steadily ready to burst in the very near
future against the winter-like weather.
I'm planning to go and enjoy some of early flowering cherry blossoms before the
best season for them along the Yamazaki River.
