over time　：時間とともに、そのうちに、長い期間をかけて、徐々に
precariously　：不安定に、危険と隣り合わせの状態で、不確実で

Daily Routine

Push-ups：１７ times
Walking: ４２ minutes
Standing with one leg　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

I could keep no-smoking for three years and eighty-three days in a row.
I also kept one set of seventeen-time push-ups for the fifth consecutive day
and one set of fourteen times of them for the fifty-seventh successive day.
Today again, temperatures in Nagoya now are over ten degrees, and actually
it's not cold.....but it's rather cloudy.
Anyway March has come and I can see Japanese plum blossoms here and there
while riding my bike on my way to the workplace.
I'm wondering if I should go to Umebayashi(?) or Bairin(?) Park in Gifu
City sometime during this month....if possible.
