It has been three years and one hundred days in a row since I kicked smoking.
I kept one set of seventeen-time push-ups for the twenty-second successive day
and over one set of fourteen push-ups for the senventy-fourth straight day.
It's been raining in Nagoya since this morning but actually it's not cold.
I really hope to believe winter has gone......
Honestly, I'm afraid of recent weather forecasts, which said wintry cold will
come back soon....maybe from Friday.....I maybe need to get mentally prepared.
