Three years and fifteen days in a row have passed since I stopped smoking.
I kept two sets of fourteen-time push-ups for the third successive day and kept
over one set of ten-time push-ups for the sixth straight day.
I've noticed that warming my wrists with leg-warmers is pretty effective to prevent
chill in my fingertips....This is a bit of a surprise for me.
