Daily Routine

Push-ups：１７＋１７ times
Walking: ７０ minutes
Standing with one leg　：１０ minutes each

jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

Two years and 363 days in a row have passed since I stopped smoking.
I could keep two sets of 17-time push-ups for the second successive day and also kept
over one set of them for the fourteenth straight day.
Last night when I went back to my home by bike, the temperatue was around 10 degrees.
But actually I felt it's a little cold, so I've decide to wear some more.
While I was searching something agaist wintry cold when I use my PC, I happened to
find a pair of gloves which get warm by using a USB.
I've got interested in them....so, I hope to go see them in the very near future.
