Daily Routine

Push-ups：１４ times
Walking: a total of ４０ minutes
Standing with one leg　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

Three years and twelve days in a row have passed since I gave up smoking.
Again I increased the number of push-ups by just one time to one set of fourteen times.
I hope to do two sets of them in the very near future.
After a cold rain, it's cold and very windy in Nagoya today.
An empty trush box was just in front of my work place, which must have been blown off
from somewhere.
Anyway I've noticed that Oshibori and hand-warmer are really effective against wintry cold.
I think it has some effects like footbath.....maybe.＾＾；；；
