Daily Routine

Push-ups：１７＋１７ times
Walking: ０ minutes
Standing with one leg　：１０ minutes each

I could keep no-smoking for two years and 359 days in a row.
I also could keep over one set of 17-time push-ups for the tenth consecutive day.
Last night I went to Higashiyama botanical garden and really enjoyed night viewing
of illuminated autumnal leaves.
They are so beautiful and maybe more beautiful than when they are seen during daylight.
Especially the ones reflected on the surface of a small pond were beyond words.
However, very honestly......even so....they must be the second most beautiful.
The night viewing of illuminated cherry blossoms at the Yamazaki River must be
much more beautiful.....Four months later.....I'm really looking forward to them.
