I decreased the number of push-ups yesterday by one time to 31 times, and kept over-30-time
push-ups for the fifth straight day.
I could keep no-smoking for one year and 295 days in a row.
I did a total of over-2-hour walking for the first time in a very very long time.
It's actually cloudy today maybe due to a typhoon which weather forecasts said might pass
through the Japanese archipelago from Sunday to Monday.
I'll really have to careful especially when I ride a bike to commute to my work place.
