I resumed push-ups yesterday after a four-day interval from 25 times, down as many as 8 times
from the previous record, and I hope to increase the number of them little by little.
I could keep no-smoking for one year and 279 days in a row.
Today is the sixth day since I got Hibun-sho and still there is almost no signs of cure.
I have to be very very patient.
Anyway weather forecasts say the highest temperature in Nagoya will be 34 degrees...These
several years, summer is very long and fall is very short...and winter is very severe.
...I really hope to have a very mild or warm winter once in a while.
