I really managed to try increasing the number of push-ups by just one time to 31 times, and
kept over-30-time push-ups for the sixth straight day.
I could keep no-smoking for one year and 271 days in a row.
Weather forecasts say today's temperature will the highest in September and I really hope so.
Actually the sun is lowering little by little and the daytime is also shortening to the
extent I can realize it clearly.
Now I'm going to start planning small trips, a little long-distance walking and something
like that.
