I did 30-time push-ups yesterday, down one time from the previous record, and kept over-30-
time push-ups for the third straight day.
I could keep no-smoking for one year and 293 days in a row.
Thanks to a plaster, the low back pain I got yesterday is now rather milder...I feel relieved.
The lint in my left field of view due to Hibun-sho is now much smaller than before, and I
really hope the symptoms will disappear completely as soon as possible.
Weather forecasts say the highest temperature in Nagoya will again reach 30 degrees...
It must be abnormal that we have such a prediction....Still be careful about heatstroke.
