I really managed to try increasing the number of push-ups by just one time to 31 times, and
kept over-30-time push-ups for the second straight day.
I also kept no-smoking for one year and 267 days in a row.
September has started today and autumnal weather should have started, too, but actually still
it's hot like one of the summer days.
Anyway autumnal weather should be just around the corner, so let's enjoy last summer-like
hot days.....although I've been fed up with it for a very very long time.
