I tried increasing the number of push-ups by just one time to 26 times and kept over-25-time
push-ups for the second straight day.
I also kept no-smoking for one year and 280 days in a row.
The symptoms of Hibun-sho is still here in front of me but the lint inside my left eyeball
is seemed to be a little smaller than before steadily...just I feel so.
When I left my home, it was very very heavily raining while riding my bike on my way to the
work place, and ten minutes later it stopped.
And then ten more minutes later it got greatly sunny....I felt very strange.
