①ボウルに挽き肉80gと玉ねぎ1/4個みじん切り・鶏ガラスープの素小匙1・塩・コショウ少々・片栗粉大匙1を加えこねる。
②休ませ生地➀を4等分にし、具を包み15分程度蒸し出来上がり。
*入れる具材はニラ・ニンニク・人参・生姜等も良い。
