松茸ご飯(4人分)
今年は松茸が豊作との事是非松茸ご飯を。
①松茸150g適当な大きさに切りおく。
②米3合洗い、醤油大匙1.5・みりん大匙1・酒大匙2を入れ、水を加え3合の水の分量にして、かき混ぜ、その上に松茸を乗せ通常どおりに炊く。
*炊きあがれば良くほぐして混ぜておく。
③器に盛り、刻み葱・刻んだアサヅキ・山椒の葉等をトッピングして出来上がり。
Matsutake rice (for 4 people)
This year, there is a good harvest of matsutake mushrooms, so please try matsutake rice.
①Cut 150g matsutake mushrooms into appropriate sizes.
②Wash 3 cups of rice, add 1.5 large spoons of soy sauce, 1 large spoon of mirin, and 2 large spoons of sake, add water, make 3 cups of water, stir, put matsutake mushrooms on top and cook as usual.
* When cooked, loosen well and mix.
③Serve in a bowl and top with chopped onions, chopped asazuki, sansho leaves, etc.
