昨日、「相撲甚句漫談と童謡で初笑い」と題するイベントがあり、私は年休を取って、会場である塩谷郡塩谷町の「川霧の湯」へ行ってきました。会場は40人超の満席で、入門したての自分は、満金留男師匠や兄弟子の皆さんの合いの手で参加しました。Yesterday, there was an event entitled "First Laughter with Sumo Jinku Mandan and Children's Songs".
I took my annual paid leave and went to the venue, Kawagiri no Yu, in Shioya-cho, Shioya-gun.
The venue was filled to capacity with more than 40 people, and as a newcomer myself, I participated as a matchmaker for master Tomeo Mankin and his senior students.
カラオケタイムを含めた4時間の合間をぬって、鬼怒川をのぞむ源泉掛け流しの湯も楽しめました。また、高齢者および女性が多かったので、各テーブルに灰皿は置かれていましたが、喫煙者は数名でした。During the 4 hours including karaoke time, I was able to enjoy the free-flowing hot springs overlooking the Kinugawa River.
Also, there were many elderly people and women, so there were a few smokers, although there were ashtrays on each table.
