I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the twenty-
third consecutive day and over 9-time push-ups
for the two hundred and twelfth successive day.
It has been raining in Nagoya since early this
morning, but actually it must have been very
lucky that I did not have to wear a pair of
rain coats while riding my bike on my way to the
workplace as it was very slightly raining.
Anyway, it has been abnormally cold in Nagoya
for these past several days, so I really have to
be careful not to catch a cold.
