It has been four years and forty-eight days in a row since I gave up smoking.
Now I'm planning to resume push-ups in the near future because I've become
very afraid my arms' muscle has completely been weakened.
I feel it's not so cold in Nagoya today and actually the lowest temperature
this morning was as many as about three degrees, which must be mild for this
time of year.

Four years and forty-seven days in a row have passed since I kicked smoking.
It must have been very cold this morning for those who live in Nagoya because
the lowest temperature here was 0.3 degrees.
I may be laughed at by people in cold climate, but actually cold is cold.
I used to live in Hachiouji, western Tokyo and I really recognize the winter
there is much more severely cold than that of Nagoya.
Anyway, the calendar season of Risshun is just around the corner.
I hope spring will come as soon as possible.

I was able to keep no-smoking for four years and forty-six days in a row.
It's greatly and beautifully sunny today in Nagoya but actually it's windy.
Even so, I feel a littl warm with the highest temperature of over 10 degrees.
Weather forecasts say it will be the coldest next Wednesday with the predicted
highest temperature of as low as 5 degrees.
I'll really have to avoid dropping guard against wintry cold.

It has been four years and forty-five days in a row since I quit smoking.
It's been raining in Nagoya since early this morning and it's a cold rain.
I was planning to do walking but I have to decide not to.
Now I feel calm because I didn't meet any crazy drivers on my way to the
workplace due maily to taking a bus.
To take a bus costs me some, indeed, but actually therefore, I can stay calm.
Well, anyway, it would be better that it's sunny and I'm safe.

It's quite cloudy today in Nagoya and I'm afraid it looks like it's going to
start raining soon.
Come to think of it, yesterday I saw a short contrail from a airplane flying
in the sky.
I've heard if you see a long, clear contrail, then it'll be rainy the next
day or after the next day.
Well, it must be rainy tomorrow.

Today is Daikan, which is the coldest day of the year according to the calendar.
Which means that spring is drawing nearer and nearer.
Which means that the season for cherry blossoms is also drawing nearer.
I remember I could not fully enjoyed cherry blossoms last spring due maily
to work, so I really want to enjoy them this spring.
The colder it gets, the more I'm looking forward to spring.
