Four years and thirty-six days in a row have passed since I stopped smoking.
I have not done push-ups for one week, so maybe my arms' muscle has been weakened.
But I have to wait for spring to come.＾＾；
It's greatly and beautifully sunny today in Nagoya where there are no clouds
in the sky while riding my bike on my way to the workplace...but actually it's cold.
The sore throat I had yesterday has now almost completely gone maybe thanks to a medicine.
As I didn't do walking yesterday, I hope to do it in the very near future.
