I was able to keep no-smoking for four years and thirty-two days in a row.
I also was able to do a total of two-hour walking for the first time in
a long time.
It is greatly sunny in Nagoya and actually it's so cold.
Maybe today is the second coldest day of the year following January 1st,
when it was snowing for the second time in Nagoya.
In theory, one month after the winter solstice, so January 22nd will be
the coldest....Well, I'll have to start getting mentally prepared for it.
