It has been four years and forty-eight days in a row since I gave up smoking.
Now I'm planning to resume push-ups in the near future because I've become
very afraid my arms' muscle has completely been weakened.
I feel it's not so cold in Nagoya today and actually the lowest temperature
this morning was as many as about three degrees, which must be mild for this
time of year.
