I could keep no-smoking for two years and 226 days in a row.
I also could keep 13+13-time push-ups, althugh I felt it rather hard, for sixth
straight day and over 8+8-time push-ups for the twenty-fourth consecutive day.
It's cloudy today but very very humid and uncomfortable.
The humid tetter near my right shoulder I got a few days ago has almost completely gone.
...I've felt relieved.
Now I'm planning to resume jogging-on-the-spot in the near future not at home but
at my work place.
Anyway the theoretically hottest summer period has just begun and will continue for
at least two weeks, so I'll really have to keep guarding against heat stroke.
Again, let's survive this summer.
