Daily Routine

Push-ups: １２＋１２ times
Walking: １５ minutes
Standing with one leg　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：１０＋１０＋１０ minutes

I kept no-smoking for two years and 217 days in a row.
I also kept 12+12-time push-ups for the second straight day and over-8+8-time push-ups
for the fifteenth consecutive day.
Last night a crazy driver drove so close to me that I judged the crazy drive tried to
intentionally hit me.
As I wrote here before, every driver is absolutely evil and the incident last night
typically proved that.
It's theoretically right that those who caused an accident or involved others in an
accident are to blame.
But actually in reality, it's the other way around because those who are involved in an
accident will be damaged mentally and physically as well as the accident will be a very
painful time waster for them.
Therefore, I have to be careful not to be caught in any kind of accidents.
If I am caught in an accident, I will absolutely be the heaviest loser in the world.
All that I can do is to dish every crazy driver here........Shit!
