Daily Routine

Push-ups: １２＋１２ times
Walking: ４３ minutes
Standing with one leg　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：１０＋１０＋１０ minutes

I could keep no-smoking for two years and 216 days in a row.
I tried increasing the number of push-ups by just one time each to a total of 24 times,
and I kept over-8+8-time push-ups for the fourteenth consecutive day.
It's dizzily beautifully sunny again in Nagoya and I mean it's deadly hot.
We will see the highest temperature of over 37 degrees with the sixth straight day of
over 35 degrees.
On my way to the work place, I saw a cicada for the first time this summer but actually
I've never seen them except this cicada.......they must have died before coming out of
the earth due to the deadly scorching heat....just kidding.
Anyway I need some clouds and I need some rain.....a typhoon is OK......just kidding, too.
