Daily Routine

Push-ups: ９＋９ times
Walking: a total of ４３ minutes
Standing with one leg　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：８＋８＋８ minutes

Two years and 206 days in a row have passed since I quit smoking.
I kept over 8+8-time push-ups for the fourth consecutive day.
I tried increasing the length of jogging-on-the-spot by one minute each to a total of
24 minutes.
It's sunny and sometimes cloudy, and it's pretty humid.
Actually I've already felt this summer is much longer than usual....
If the trend continues and the midsummer has come, I might drop from exhaustion.
Anyway I really need to get mentally prepared for this summer heat.
