I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for six years and ten days in a row.
I was able to keep over 19-time push-ups for the fourteenth straight day
including the latest five days of 22 times of them.

It's greatly sunny in Nagoya and just like weather forecasts, it is not so cold.
Actually, I feel a little warm as I wear winter clothing.
Though weather ladies say the weather is going to take a turn for the worse little
by little, I have to enjoy such a mild day today.
However, I really have to be careful about a predicted drop in temperatures this weekend.
Let's enjoy today's warmth and then let's guard against coldness.
