I was able to keep no-smoking for five years and 362 days in a row.
I didn't do push-ups yesterday simply because I didn't have time, but
I would like to resume them as soon as possible.
It's greatly and beautifully sunny today in Nagoya and I actually feel
it's considerably warmer than usual December days.
I really hope such sunny days will continute for a long time, but
actually weather ladies say it will get much colder from tomorrow.
Anyway, I am surprised at the fact that I have not started using an
electric foot warmer yet this winter.....it must be unbelievably warm.
