Six years and three days in a row have passed since I stopped smoking.
I was able to keep 21-time push-ups for the fourth consecutive day and
more than 19-time push-ups for the seventh successive day.

It was the coldest early this morning again in Nagoya and I felt it's
a little hard to get up out of bed soon after wakening.
Weather officials say it will be rainy tomorrow and it will be a warm rain
with the predicted highest temperature of 15 degrees in Nagoya.
Anyway, the fluctuation in temperatures may be severe, so I really have to
be careful not to catch a cold.
