I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for six years and two days in a row.
I was able to keep at least 20-time push-ups for the sixth straight day including
the most recent three days of 21 times of them.

It was very cold last night and actually Nagoya saw the coldest morning during
this winter season with the lowest temperature of one degree.
I finally started using an electric foot warmer last night and wearing an earmuffs
on my way back from the workplace.
Now I've been determined to bear the cold weather until the end of February as the first target.
And as usual, I have to think about next year's cherry blossoms to fight against this winter cold.
