I was able to keep no-smoking for six years and one day in a row.
I also was able to keep 21-time push-ups for the second consecutive day and
over 19-time push-ups for the fifth successive day.

It's beautifully sunny today in Nagoya again but actually I feel it's cold.
But still it must be milder than usual for this time of the year.
Time goes by so fast and this year has only twenty days left.
Well, actually I'm looking forward to cherry blossoms rather than New Year's Day.
Maybe I have to have room to breathe in order to enjoy winter cold.
