It has been five years and 360 days in a row since I broke my bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep 21-time push-ups for the eighth straight day and
at least 18-time push-ups for the 22nd consecutive day.

It's beautifully sunny today in Nagoya.
Especially while I was riding my bike on my way to the workplace,
there were completely no clouds in blue skies.
Weather officials say it will be rainy late in the evening tomorrow
and after the rain, it will get much colder.
This year's full-fledged winter coldness is coming.
Now I've had a little sore throat again.
I'll really have to take care of myself.
