I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for five years and 363 days in a row.
I was able to resume push-ups from 20 times yesterday after a one-day break
and I hope to continue them as long as possible.

It's beautifully sunny in Nagoya today again, but actually it's very windy.
It was easy with a tail wind for me to come to my workplace, but
on the other hand, I'm afraid of a headwind on my way back.
Anyway, there should be many things to pay attention to on such a windy day.
For example, I may have to park my bike carefully not to fall down in strong winds.
