Five years and 235 days in a row have passed since I quit somoking.
I was able to keep at least 3-minute jogging-on-the-spot for the fourth straight
day as part of prevention meausres against low back pain.

It's actually hot with the predicted highest temperature of 34 degrees in Nagoya.
I may have to escape this summer heat to somewhere.
Very happily, the pain of low back is almost gone but there is a very little
pain in the spot near the bottom of my backbone.
Besides, the canker pain after I bit the under side of my upper lip is also
almost gone, so I hope to enjoy something like hot ramen.
Anyway, I have to survive today's scorching heat first.
