I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for five years and 210 days in a row.
I was able to keep more than 15-time push-ups for the eighth consecutive day
and 18-time push-ups for the fourth successive day.
Very happily, it was not too hot this morning, so I was able to sleep better
than yesterday and the day before yesterday.
Also, I didn't get so sweaty on my way to the workplace by bike because
the clouds were blocking severe sunshine.
I realize again that one of the worst things in summer is that I will get
a shallow sleep for many days.
By the way, have you cast your ballot for the ongoing Upper House election?
