Five years and 217 days in a row have passed since I gave up smoking.
I was able to keep over 15-time push-ups for the fifteenth successive day
including the most recent two days of 19 times of them.

It had been raining since early this morning, but very luckily, it stopped
just before I left my home for my workplace by bike and I didn't have to
put on a pair of raincoats.
I think it's very lucky, because if it had been raining at that time, I would
have had to wear the raincoats and I should have got drenched in sweat.
Anyway, the high humidity in today's Nagoya is so severe that I almost feel sick.
As I write this, it's started raining.
