I was able to keep no-smoking for five years and 219 days in a row.
I also was able to keep more than 15-time push-ups for the seventeenth successive
day including the latest four days of 19 times of them.

I feel a little relieved today because the predicted highest temperature is
29 degrees, and actually I felt the summer heat was much milder than yesterday
on my way to the workplace by bike.
Buzzing of cicadas has become full-fledged around here near my workplace.
It may be that they couldn't wait for the rainy season to end.
Anyway, I may have to enjoy today's relatively mild weather
and I'd like to do a little walking.
