It has been five years and 226 days in a row since I overcame a bad habit of smoking.
I managed to increase the number of push-ups by no more than one time to 20
times and kept over 15-time push-ups for the twenty-fourth straight day.

It's cloudy and I feel it's very luchky that clouds are blocking the scorching
sunlight and brings us much lower temperatures than yesterday.
I hope to do walking today for the first time in three days before my
legs' muscle has been weakened.
The day length is steadily getting shorter and shorter and it's about 30
minutes shorter than that of the summer solstice day.
Theoretically, this week is the hottest time of the year, so I'll have to
guard against heat attack without carelessness.
